Aufgaben Strategische Kommunikation & Markenführung • Du übernimmst die strategische, operative und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Kommunikation des DEHIB. • Du entwickelst die Kommunikationsstrategie kontinuierlich weiter und setzt diese • gemeinsam mit deinem Team um. • Du verantwortest die interne und externe Kommunikation des Verbandes. • Du entwickelst unsere Markenidentität sowie die Positionierung des DEHIB nachhaltig weiter. • Du sorgst für einen professionellen, konsistenten und modernen Außenauftritt über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg. • Du steuerst Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Unterstützung unserer strategischen Ziele. Presse, Public Affairs & Stakeholder Management • Du verantwortest die Presse- und Medienarbeit des DEHIB • Du baust belastbare Beziehungen zu Medien, Institutionen und relevanten Stakeholdern auf. • Du koordinierst Governmental Affairs und Political Affairs. • Du entwickelst Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für politische und gesellschaftliche Themen. • Du unterstützt den Bundesvorstand bei öffentlichen Auftritten sowie der strategischen Positionierung des Verbandes. Digitale Kommunikation & Webauftritt • Du verantwortest die digitale Kommunikation des DEHIB. • Du entwickelst unsere Social-Media- und Online-Kommunikation kontinuierlich weiter. • Du steuerst den Webauftritt des DEHIB einschließlich Struktur, Inhalte und Weiterentwicklung. • Du koordinierst die Erstellung hochwertiger Kommunikations- und Marketingmaterialien. • Du stellst einen professionellen und einheitlichen Markenauftritt über sämtliche digitale Kanäle sicher. Organisationsentwicklung & Führung • Du strukturierst den Kommunikationsbereich eigenständig weiter. • Du entwickelst Prozesse, Zuständigkeiten und Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb des Bereiches. • Du baust ein leistungsfähiges ehrenamtliches Kommunikationsteam auf. • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen wie HR, • Digitalisierung, Fundraising und Projektmanagement. • Du sorgst für transparente Abstimmungen sowie eine professionelle • Kommunikationskultur innerhalb des Verbandes. Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Kommunikation, Unternehmenskommunikation, Marketing, • Public Relations, Corporate Communications oder vergleichbaren Bereichen. • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Marken ist von Vorteil. • Kenntnisse in Pressearbeit, Medienkommunikation oder Public Affairs sind wünschenswert. • Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing sowie Social Media. • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und strategische Arbeitsweise. • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit. • Freude daran, Teams im Ehrenamt zu führen und Menschen zu begeistern. • Interesse an gesellschaftlicher Wirkung sowie moderner Verbands- und Organisationsentwicklung. • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 werden vorausgesetzt. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the research, design, and continuous improvement of our core predictive models. You will be the driving force behind the math, statistical logic, and feature engineering that make our models highly accurate and profitable.
