GTM STRATEGIST Remote · Full-time · Revenue Operations · GTM Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search — all deeply integrated and designed for growth. We're building the best developer platform to power the next generation of software companies, and our go-to-market team is scaling fast to match. We're looking for a Go-To-Market Strategist, with alignment to Customer Success, to shape how Supabase's GTM engine runs. This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You'll work directly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build the systems, processes, and insights that help our go-to-market teams move faster and smarter. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy with a focus on customer success / field engineering: pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and GTM capacity planning. - Build and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data across HubSpot, BigQuery, Hex, and usage signals from the Supabase platform. - Partner with Sales Leadership to design and iterate on coverage models, segmentation, and quota structures that reflect how developers actually buy. - Define and track the metrics that matter, from top-of-funnel conversion to NRR, and surface insights that drive action, not just reporting. - Lead the RevOps roadmap: prioritize tooling investments, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate new systems against real business needs. - Work cross-functionally with Finance on revenue forecasting and accrual accuracy, ensuring GTM and financial models stay aligned. - Collaborate with GTM Engineering on automations and data pipelines so that your strategy translates into working systems, not just slide decks. WE'LL EXPECT YOU TO - Operate with high ownership. You set your own agenda, escalate when needed, and don't wait to be asked. - Work asynchronously and document clearly. We're a globally distributed team and writing is how we think. - Bridge strategy and execution. From drafting rules of engagements in Google Docs to using SQL to it. - Build for scale without over-engineering. Simple systems that work beat perfect systems that don't ship. - Stay close to the customer. Developers are our buyers, and understanding how they discover, adopt, and expand is core to everything you'll do. YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU - Have 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company. - Are fluent in the GTM stack: HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch. - Can write SQL comfortably and aren't afraid to get into the data yourself before asking an analyst. - Have experience designing or overhauling sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in a high-growth environment. - Understand product-led growth motions: PLS, usage-based triggers, and how PLG data flows into commercial pipelines. - Thrive with autonomy and are energized by building things that didn't exist before you joined. - Communicate with clarity across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing without losing nuance. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - 280+ team members - 55+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - $500M raised - 500,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not re

About Lemon.io Lemon.io is a profitable, growing talent marketplace that connects vetted senior engineers with companies that need them. We’ve been in business for 10 years, have 60 people across Ukraine, Europe, Canada, and the US, and process over $16M in annual GMV. We compress the traditional 2–5 week hiring timeline down to 24–48 hours through a curated, pre-vetted supply of developers. Hiring is still broken. Recruiters spend weeks building candidate pipelines on traditional platforms, burning energy on unqualified leads. We’re building the product that changes that. Giving recruiters qualified, vetted candidates within 24 hours without the grind. This is a pivotal moment: we’re transitioning from a services-driven marketplace to a technology-driven platform. We need an engineering leader who can drive that transformation. The Role You will own engineering at Lemon.io. You’ll lead a growing team of engineers, make critical architecture and prioritization decisions, and be directly accountable for the speed and quality of what we ship. This is not a management-layer role. You’ll be hands-on, deeply involved in product decisions, and working side by side with the founder. What You’ll Do: • Own the technical roadmap and make sure every engineering effort maps directly to business impact. No features for features’ sake. • Lead and grow an engineering team that ships fast, iterates constantly, and treats complexity as a cost. • Tackle the hard, multi-layered problem: automated vetting, intelligent matching at scale, demand-side bottlenecks. And figure out where the real leverage is. • Make hard prioritization calls. Decide what we build, what we skip, and what we kill. • Work directly with the founder and product team to define what success looks like before writing a single line of code. • Build the engineering culture: high ownership, high speed, low bureaucracy. Who You Are: • Product-minded, business-first • Obsessed with simplicity • First principles thinker • Fast. Bias toward action Experience: • You’ve led engineering teams (5–30+ people) at a startup or high-growth company. • You have hands-on experience with modern stacks and are comfortable with AI/ML tooling. • You’ve worked in a distributed, async-first team. Why Lemon.io: • Profitable and growing. No fundraising pressure, real business fundamentals. • A pivotal moment: you’re not maintaining an engine, you’re building one. The product roadmap is wide open. • Direct access to the founder. No layers. Your decisions ship. • A massive, unsolved problem: hiring is still broken. We’re building the product that makes it radically faster for companies to find qualified engineers. • A team of 60 people who move fast, care deeply, and have survived the hard years together.

ABOUT POSTHOG Product development used to mean manually writing code, running analysis, diagnosing bugs, and rolling out changes using dozens of tools. PostHog is the only platform that acts like a co-pilot for you (and your AI agents) to do it all – autonomously. We started with open-source product analytics, launched out of Y Combinator's W20 cohort https://posthog.com/handbook/story. We've since shipped more than a dozen products https://posthog.com/products, including: - PostHog Code https://posthog.com/code, the only AI devtool that understands your product, not just your codebase. - A built-in data warehouse https://posthog.com/docs/data-warehouse, so users can query product and customer data together using custom SQL insights. - PostHog AI https://posthog.com/ai, an AI-powered analyst that answers product questions, helps users find useful session recordings, and writes custom SQL queries. We are: 1. Product-led. More than 450,000 organizations have installed PostHog, mostly driven by word-of-mouth. We have intensely strong product-market fit. 2. Default alive https://paulgraham.com/aord.html. Revenue is growing incredibly quickly, and we're very efficient. We raise money to push ambition and grow faster, not to keep the lights on. 3. Well-funded. We've raised more than $180m from some of the world's top investors. We're set up for a long, ambitious journey. We're focused on building an awesome product for end users, hiring exceptional teammates, shipping fast, and being as weird as possible https://posthog.com/deskhog. THINGS WE CARE ABOUT - Transparency: Everyone can read about our roadmap, how we pay (or even let go of) people, our strategy, and how we work, in our public company handbook https://posthog.com/handbook. Internally, we share revenue, notes and slides from board meetings, and fundraising plans, so everyone has the context they need to make good decisions. - Autonomy: We don’t tell anyone what to do. Everyone chooses what to work on next based on what's going to have the biggest impact on our customers, and what they find interesting and motivating to work on. Engineers lead product teams https://posthog.com/handbook/wide-company and make product decisions https://posthog.com/handbook/which-products. Teams are flexible and easy to change when needed. - Shipping fast: Why not now? https://posthog.com/handbook/values#why-not-now We want to build a lot of products; we can't do that shipping at a normal pace. We've built the company around small teams – autonomous, highly-efficient groups of cracked engineers https://posthog.com/founders/cracked-manifesto who can outship much larger companies because they own their products end-to-end. - Time for building: Nothing gets shipped in a meeting. We're a natively remote company. We default to async communication – PRs > Issues > Slack. Tuesdays and Thursdays are meeting-free days https://posthog.com/handbook/company/culture#were-on-the-makers-schedule, and we prioritize heads down building time over perfect coordination. This will be the most productive job you've ever had. - Ambition: We want to solve big problems. We strongly believe that aiming for the best possible upside, and sometimes missing, is better than never trying. We're optimistic about what's possible and our ability to get there. - Being weird: Weird means redesigning an already world-class website for the 5th time. It means shipping literally every product that relates to customer data. It means building an objectively unnecessary developer toy https://posthog.com/deskhog with dubious shareholder value. Doing weird stuff is a competitive advantage. And it's fun. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We’ve proven that to be successful with our customers, we don’t need to stack multiple people all doing different roles for a customer. With the right person working with them, who has the right balance of commercial and technical skills, we can get them excited enough to switch to PostHog and stick with us for a long time. Technical Account Executives own the initial relationship with customers who get in touch via the website and want to speak with a human before signing up to PostHog. It’s early days, so you’ll cover the full spectrum of customers from high-velocity startups looking to move quickly, to more complex strategic engagements with Mid-Market/Enterprise customers. They’ll also do warm outbound to users from large companies who sign up for PostHog themselves. Their focus is guiding the customer on their initial evaluation of PostHog as well as right-sizing their contract according to their needs. This means: - Winning new business. You'll find your way to the right people at prospective customers — engineers, PMs, founders — and show them why PostHog beats whatever they're using now. You own the whole deal, first call to close and beyond, and you’re comfortable in your ability to meet and exceed a quarterly target. - Owning customer feedback
