Du arbeitest überwiegend im Homeoffice und reist bei Bedarf zu Terminen nach Herford oder direkt zu unseren Kunden. Bei uns kannst Du einen Beitrag leisten, neu denken und über Dich hinauswachsen. • Deine Aufgaben: • Vertrieb unseres digitalen Produktes an Maschinenbauer und -betreiber, vom Mittelstand bis internationalen Industriekonzern. • Konvertierung der Kunden von der Erstansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss. • Neukundenakquise über Kaltansprache und Netzwerkarbeit. • Hybridvertrieb als Kombination aus digitaler Kommunikation und klassischem Außendienst. • (Produkt-)Präsentationen im Rahmen von Kundengesprächen aber auch vor Publikum von Fachevents. • Mitarbeit am Aufbau unserer Vertriebsstrategie, - organisation und -aktivitäten. Du bringst mit • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in den Bereichen des Ingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Vertriebs. • Nachweisliche erste Erfolge im Vertrieb oder der Einführung digitaler Lösungen in die (Maschinenbau-)Industrie. • Leidenschaft für die Überzeugung von Neukunden. • Praktische Erfahrungen im oder Interesse an dem Themengebiet „Service industrieller Maschinen- und Anlagen“. • Erfahrung mit oder Leidenschaft für die Arbeit in einem Technologie-Startup. • Reisebereitschaft und Spaß an Kundenbesuchen, Fachevents und Netzwerkveranstaltungen. • Sehr gute Englisch- bzw. Deutschkenntnisse.
